    • Dogs: Rabies, Bordetella, Distemper
    • Cats: Rabies, Feline Distemper

    Please Bring


    • Proof of current vaccinations (if not emailed ahead of time)
    • Your pet’s regular food in air-sealed containers (Ziploc bags or airtight Tupperware)
    1. Required by the NC Department of Agriculture
    2. Using your pet’s own food helps maintain digestive consistency and comfort
    • Medications in the original prescription bottle, including:
    1. Clear instructions for administration
    2. Any items needed to give the medication (pill pockets, peanut butter, cheese, etc.)
    • One safe, firm toy that cannot be ingested, chewed apart, or pose a choking hazard
